The petitioners seek bail in Katra P.S. Case No. 93 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6368 of 2018(3) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 Informant has alleged in the FIR that on 07.09.2017 20 cattle entered in the field of informant and were grazing and when the informant was trying to keep the cattle away from the field, 26 named and 10 unknown accused assaulted the informant and his father as a result of which his father died. All the accused are co-villagers. The post mortem report has been annexed according to which the father of the informant died due to lung disease and there was no any external injury found on his head. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Sub-Judge 14th and 15th at Muzaffarpur in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 93 of 2017(G.R. No. 4071 of 2017).
