====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 23-07-2026 Heard Learned Counsel for the petitioner and Learned Counsel for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- i. To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus for a direction to the respondents authorities to release the arrear of honorarium of the petitioner at rate of Rs. 10,000/- per month from 24.04.2012 to July 2013 and at the rate of Rs. 20,000/- per month from August 2013 to 23.09.2015 till the termination of her engagement.

For a direction to the respondent authorities to release the honorarium of the petitioner for the period of work which she has done in the period of 24.04.2012 to 23.09.2015. iii. For a direction to the respondents authorities to pay the arrear of Dearness allowance, Travelling allowance and other benefits as provided by the department to the petitioner and also the current salary.

iv. To hold and declare the entire action of the respondent authorities as illegal, malafide, capricious, colourable exercise of power and beyond jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner seeks payment of salary for the period she has worked as contractual employee with the Mahila Help Line, Buxar, but at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for the purposes of claiming salary from the Non-Governmental Organisation in question.

4. Liberty so sought, is granted.

5. Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed off.
