2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 27.04.2022 passed in B.P. No. 370 of 2022, arising out of Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 02 of 2022 by the learned I/c Sessions Judge, Gaya.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
