Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he took away mobile phone of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17861 of 2018 (2) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Samastipur Rail Police Station Case No. 98 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
