2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . It is a case of dowry death .

4. Petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law , petitioner No. 2 is mother-in-law and the petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 are brother of the husband of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property. There is no specific allegation is alleged against them

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69851 of 2023(4) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 and they have no concern with the couple. It is next submitted on behalf of the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who has already surrendered on 04.02.2024 and since then he is in custody . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sikrahana at Dhaka , East Champaran in connection with Chiraiya P . S. Case No . 248 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
