Patna High Court CWJC No.21737 of 2013 (2) dt.08-09-2015 2 / 2 case.
The petitioners pray for a direction to the respondents to grant them J.P. Senanee Pension launched by Government of Bihar.
The petitioners submit that all of them under went jail suffering during J.P. movement. The selection committee headed by the District Magistrate has also recommended their cases for the said pension.
The grievance of the petitioners is that despite recommendation of their cases, they have not been granted J.P. Senanee Pension. The petitioners submit that in this respect they have also filed representations to the different authorities. In case, the petitioners file fresh representation before the appropriate authority, the same would be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
This application stands disposed of.
