====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 27.2.2018, seeks bail in Bibhutipur PS Case No. 8 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the IPC.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material against the petitioner except confessional statement of one Saroj Kumar in which he has stated that one of the accused involved in the occurrence Anupam had kept mobile with the petitioner but there is no such recovery, moreover the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Anurag Kumar Aman is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM lst, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur PS Case No. 8 of 2018.
