The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gogari P. S. Case No. 344 of 2017, G.R. No. 2237 of 2017 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that petitioners and informant are next door neighbour, they quarreled on a petty issue and there is case and counter case and only allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting the informant's side by Lathi and Danda and both parties have compromised their case and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50147 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, namely, Haliya Khatoon, Md. Tanwir, Sahadat, Md. Arasad, Md. Jaggan, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogari P.S.Case No. 344 of 2017 G.R. No. 2237 of 2017 ; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
