Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with G.O. Case No.154 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 26, 41, 42 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 and Section 52 of the Indian Forest (Bihar Amendment) Act, 1989..
As per FIR, the forest officials raided the reserved forest area, in which illegal mining was going on and the labrourers, Mafia people started fleeing away and on chase one Mafia was arrested as well as one 9MM loaded pistol, 10 pieces of detonators and 10 pieces of Jiletin explosive were recovered. It is also said that petitioners were identified by the forest ranger. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71006 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 that the allegation is quite vague and considering the same other co-accused persons having similar allegation have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, vide order dated 6.3.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13713 of 2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nawada in connection with G.O. Case No.154 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
