1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Meskaur P.S. Case No.60/2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2) and 109 of the B.N.S., 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1, 2 and 4 are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no.3 has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that she along with the family members had gone to a mosque on 04.04.2025 to offer prayer, when accused persons 50 in number came and Md. Faiyaz Quraishi (petitioner no.3)
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66277 of 2025(2) dt.16-09-2025 2/3 assaulted Shahab with an iron rod causing injury on head, thereafter Md. Kamruddin Ansari (petitioner no.1) assaulted Nehal by rod causing fracture of hand, further Sultan Ansari (petitioner no.4) assaulted Ruksana by Chappar causing injury on head, while Md. Zafir (petitioner no.2) assaulted Dulare by an iron pipe causing fracture of leg and injury on head.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that Md. Faiyaz (petitioner no.3) is cousin Devar of the informant and are having land dispute. It is next submitted that Meskaur P.S. Case No.58/2025 has been instituted by the side of the petitioners against Md. Shahab, his son Dilbaj and others. It is thus submitted that on account of land dispute, an altercation had taken place in which both side assaulted each other.

Learned A.P.P. vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners and submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioners of assaulting the injured and that too on vital part of the body and investigation of the case is in its nascent stages.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66277 of 2025(2) dt.16-09-2025 3/3 APP, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
7. The anticipatory bail application of the petitioners is rejected.
