Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2017. Submission is that the investigation is complete now. The petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

No.2575 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi)Police Station Case No.527 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
