JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Amour P.S.Case No. 159 of 2017 registered under Sections 272/273 IPC & 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Submissions is that recovery of approximately 8 litres foreign liquor is said to be from a cattle shed which is accessible to everyone and the petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2017 having clean antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Bhuneshwar Yadav is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Purnea in connection with Special Excise Case No. 2743 of 2017
