The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that FIR as well as case diary would reveal that there is no eyewitness of murder, however, only suspicion is against the petitioner and other accused for the reason of land dispute. Petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where
