The petitioner is in custody in connection with Complaint Case No. 763 of 2013 for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner is said to have cheated the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is the aunt of the petitioner and there is a title suit pending between the parties. He further submits that to grab the land of the petitioner, informant filed a false case against him. He further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.05.2023.

No.69460 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Complaint Case No. 763 of 2013.
