JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected vide order dated 18.04.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15234 of 2017.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that he has sufficiently been punished for the alleged offence as he has been in judicial custody since 20.02.2017 and there is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the period of custody, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-Patna, in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15549 of 2018 (3) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 Alamganj P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017, with following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.

(ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.

(iii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court and on the event of failure on his part two appear before the court below on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine reasons, the prosecution is free to move for cancellation of his bail.
