The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, Carbines alongwith cartridges and different documents were recovered from the house of co-accused in this case.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. There is no recovery of any arms from possession of the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

No.61791 of 2019(2) dt.14-10-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 162 of 2019.
