2. It appears from the pleadings of the writ petition that the petitioner, without approaching the authority concerned, has directly filed this writ petition.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh application before the respondent nos.4 & 5 and respondent nos.4 & 5 are directed to examine the case of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14754 of 2023(6) dt.10-09-2024 2/2 the petitioner in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
