JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Sikandara PS Case No. 109 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is not the eye witness, only suspicion is raised against the petitioner, during investigation it transpired that one Raudi Yadav assaulted the deceased causing his death, this petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 5.8.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Nepali Rawat is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Jamui in connection with Sikandara PS Case No. 109 of 2017.
