====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.Case No. 907 of 2017 registered under Sections 414, 401/34 of the Indian penal Code and Section 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that petitioner was apprehended with stolen motorcycle and also found in possession of one country made pistol with two live cartridges.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2017 and has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, presently the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within six months after framing of charge. If trial
