JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 07-10-2024 The petitioner is aggrieved by Annexure-P/8 showcause notice issued against him for blacklisting on an agreement being terminated.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there can be no blacklisting insofar as termination of the agreement. The termination of the agreement is also challenged before an appropriate authority.

3. Learned Advocate General points out that there is yet another show-cause notice at Annexure-P/11 also. AnnexureP-8 is dated 24.01.2024 and this is again referred to in Annexure-P/11 specifically. In Annexure-P/11 again there is a threat of blacklisting.

4. It is trite that there can be no writ petition against a show-cause notice. The contentions are left open to be agitated before the authority.

5. The writ petition stands dismissed in limine leaving liberty.
