Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that till date evidence has not commence and only summons have been issued and petitioner is in custody since 24.2.2017 and no specific allegation has been alleged against the petitioner. Heard learned APP and perused the report, from which it appears that the case is pending for evidence itself. Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7601 of 2018 (3) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 satisfaction of Sri Gorakh Nath Dubey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class at Sherghati, in connection with Gurua P.S.Case No. 38 of 2016, subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) petitioner shall co-operate in disposal of trial and appear before the court as and when required, except on genuine ground, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
