2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khagaria P.S. Case No. 289 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)/45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
