2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399 & 402 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act and under Sections 3 & 4 of Explosive Substance Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that police has information that certain miscreants have gathered and they are planning to commit some offence. Three persons were apprehended. One Madan Yadav has been named this person.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was remanded in this case from Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017. It has also been submitted that nothing has

It has also been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Madan Yadav has been granted bail by the learned Co-ordinate Bench vide Cr. Misc. Case No. 48913 of 2017. The case of this petitioner stands on better footing.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioner.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 271 of 2025 arising out of Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jamui.
