The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that a stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Submission is that the said motorcycle is in the name of the uncle of the petitioner Naresh Sahani, which would be evident from Annexure-3 series.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13294 of 2018 (2) dt.08-03-2018 P2/ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.399 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
