JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 The present writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay differential amount of the salary of late Faguni Devi pursuant to the revise pay scale.

(ii) Commanding the respondents to make payment of due Gratuity, Provident Fund, Medical allowance, House allowance etc. of late Faguni Devi to the revised pay scale.

(iii) Appropriate order or orders, direction

Patna High Court CWJC No.13950 of 2017(3) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 or directions may be given."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent no. 3 and the respondent no. 3 may be directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no. 3 regarding his grievances raised in the writ petition, as aforesaid, within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 3 is directed to dispose off the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
