The petitioners are in custody since 04.08.2019 in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Trafficking Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from the conscious possession of the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioner no. 1 is a staff of the hotel whereas petitioner no. 2 is merely his friend. It is further submitted that petitioners have been taken

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Punpun P.S.
