JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 12-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

On getting confidential information, i10 car having no registration number was seized and during course thereof, one managed to slip therefrom while remaining, namely, Pankaj Kumar, Mukesh Kumar and Manoj Sah were apprehended. On query they disclosed the name of their associate as Nawal Singh, petitioner. Furthermore, it has also been alleged that the aforesaid i10 happens to be stolen property and further, the items in terms of seizure list were seized therefrom. Petitioner is under custody since 29.11.2017 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner Nawal Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1532 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Dumariya Ghat P.S. Case No.96/2016.
