Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown persons.

Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Sikandar Ali Rizwan. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2017. The petitioner was never put on TIP during investigation nor anything was recovered from his possession. Similarly situated co-accused Badshah Alam has already been granted bail vide order dated 29.01.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4503 of 2018.

Case No. 183 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
