The petitioners are in custody since 04.08.2019 in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019 Special Case No. 6975 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Section 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Trafficking Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petitioners are guard and staff of the hotel from which the alleged recoveries are said to have been made. It is further submitted that these petitioners have nothing to do with the activities going on in the hotel and have been falsely implicated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61908 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 in connection with the present case.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019 Special Case No. 6975 of 2019.
