Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation of commission of fire arm injury is against co-accused Rajesh Thakur. The petitioner was also accompanying Rajesh Thakur.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jankinagar P.S.
