The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 305, 306, 504, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner is said to be involved in suicide of the victim girl.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.06.2023.

During investigation it has come that the petitioner and the deceased were having love affair.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69464 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023.
