The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No.457 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 324, 326, 307, 323, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The trial of the petitioner is proceeding. Out of eleven witnesses, five witnesses have been examined. 4.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2023. It has also been submitted that the wife of the petitioner, who was also an accused, has died in jail and the petitioner has five

On humanitarian ground, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran/concerned Court, in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No.457 of 2023, subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial and will appear personally or through his advocate on the date fixed in the trial.
