The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2017.

Allegation is that a stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. However, the petitioner had disclosed to the police that the same was provided by Ranjeet Mukhiya. Considering the period already undergone and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12955 of 2018 (2) dt.07-03-2018 P2/ satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Birpur P.S.
