JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2023 Though the present writ petition has been filed for executing/implementing the order dated 03.03.2021, passed by the House Controller-cum-Sub-Divisional Officer, Purnea, in House Control Case No.02 of 2018, however, the learned counsel for the respondent-State seeks to file a counter affidavit, which is taken on record, wherein it has been stated that the admitted outstanding rent due to be paid to the petitioner has already stood paid, inasmuch as a sum of Rs.14,94,129/- has been paid on the head of outstanding rent upto the month of June, 2023.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.18010 of 2022(2) dt.03-07-2023 2/2 submits that in case of any subsisting grievance, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the learned Court of House Controller-cum-Sub Divisional Officer, Purnea for execution of the order in question. Liberty so sought is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off.
