Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. named accused persons allegedly assaulted to the informant, as a result whereof the informant died subsequently. The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. Learned counsel for the informant submits that several witnesses stated that petitioners were also involved in the occurrence of assault, which resulted in death.

No.62160 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioners are not named in the statement of the informant, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Kadirganj Police Station Case No.23 of 2019, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
