Petitioner, who is husband of the deceased, is in custody since 15.7.2019 in a case registered for the offence under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code on the allegation that the petitioner killed his wife with the aid of his family member and disposed of the dead body secretly for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is false. He submits that the petitioner works as a labourer in Bombay and when his wife went missing, he had lodged a complaint to this effect to the Manmad police station, Bombay. Charge sheet has also been filed in the case, as such, there is no chance of tempering with the evidence. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is allegation that he killed informant's daughter with whom he was married on 9.7.2017, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
