The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No.459 of 2022 registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The F.I.R. has been lodged after four days of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
