This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2 by order dated 16.08.2013 passed by the Sessions Judge, Jehanabad, in A.B.P. No.619 of 2013 in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.260 of 2013. Considering that one does not know whether the trial has already concluded or still pending, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
