The petitioner seeks bail in K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 569 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that on 14.08.2016 at about 3:30 am the informant, who is a police Sub Inspector constituted a raiding party including the informant and other police personnel to arrest the miscreants of Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 189 of 2017, and when he found several miscreants present with wine and fire arms, arrested the miscreants and the petitioner who was also present their was arrested by the police. One loaded country made pistol, cash worth Rs. 3000/- and one Apache motorcycle was recovered

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2248 of 2018(3) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 from his possession. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.08.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 569 of 2017.
