The petitioners seek in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019 (G.R. No. 1522 of 2019), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and they have no

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IInd-cum-Sepcial Judge Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019 (G.R. No. 1522 of 2019).
