This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ladaniya P.S. Case No.109 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 365 & 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first wife of the informant, aged about 35 years, had gone missing and the informant has alleged that the petitioner is involved in disappearance of his first wife. 4.

The alleged victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has said that she was taken to Nepal and Bengaluru for a quite long time by the accused persons. The petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2023. 5.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71428 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 against the petitioner as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Madhubani, in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No.109 of 2023.
