ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-05-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 04.07.2013 by which the Sessions Judge, Siwan, in Cr. Appeal No.21 of 2011 has affirmed the order dated 16.04.2011 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in Misc. Case No.08 of 2011 arising out of Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.42 of 2010, by which he had dismissed the application filed under Section(s) 340 Cr. P. C. Having gone through the petition, I do not find any merit in the application.

Accordingly, it is dismissed.

However, this order shall not prejudice any party in any manner.
