Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No.318 of 2017, registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is that 25 liters of country made liquor is recovered from the courtyard of the petitioner in concealed condition.

Submission is that the house is in joint possession and it was concealed in a hay stake and the petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Sugga Sao @ Saw @ Sugga Sah @ Sugan Sao is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4310 of 2018(2) dt.29-01-2018 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-II, Nawada in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No.318 of 2017.
