2. The instant writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For directing the respondents to pay the amount of suspension period of the petitioner from 12.08.2007 to 27.03.2012 to the petitioner.

(ii) For any other relief to which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner remained in judicial custody in connection with Bheja (Madhepura) P.S. Case No. 193 of 2007, and because of that, the petitioner was put under suspension from 12.08.2007. It has next been submitted that upon acquittal having been recorded by the learned Fast Track Court No. II, Madhubani, in Sessions Trial No. 334 of 2008, arising out of Bheja (Madhepura) P.S. Case No. 193 of 2007, the petitioner was reinstated in service, but for unexplained reasons, the salary for the period of suspension has not been paid to the petitioner.

4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent nos.10 and 11 submits that since acquittal has been recorded, the authorities may be directed to take a final decision regarding the salary for the suspension period.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before respondent Nos. 10 and 11, appending the necessary documents, including the judgment of acquittal, enabling respondent Nos. 10 and 11 to take a final decision in the matter within eight weeks of filing such representation.

6. It goes without saying that if the claim of the

7. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
