2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 387, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that from mobile No. 8969083413, a threatening call was received on 28.03.2024 and in that call, Rupees fifty lacs was demanded as Rangdari. The informant avoided this call. The informant has further stated that on 10.04.2024 from mobile No. 9801846748, again a threatening call was received.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. He has got no criminal

He is the holder of the said mobile from which the alleged calls were made. It is also submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the offence. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 13.04.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Brahampura (Bramhapura) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class(East), Muzaffarpur.
