1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the complainant and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 4 Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. The petitioner and complainant, in compliance of the order dated 21.06.2023, are present physically in the Court.
4. The petitioner has his own story and the informant has hers.
5. The petitioner submits that now it is not possible for him to revive the conjugal relationship.

The Court, for the present, thinks it fit not to note down the submissions made by the petitioner in the Court stating his reasons for not resuming conjugal relationship as divorce case is already pending and the issues will be adjudicated there, but the petitioner submits that he is willing to pay a monthly maintenance of Rs. 15,000/- towards maintenance to the complainant which shall be credited in her bank account and the same shall commence from 07.08.2023.
7. The complainant also does not dispute the offer given by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that he will provide the bank account number of the complainant on the WhatsApp of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to forward the same to the petitioner so that the monthly maintenance, as agreed, starts getting credited in the account of the complainant from 07.08.2023.
9. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees

No.67157 of 2022(7) dt.27-07-2023 3/3 Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 3085 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

However, it is made clear that the complainant would be at liberty to file an application seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner, in the event, if the petitioner does not credit the maintenance amount of Rs. 15,000/- as agreed, for two consecutive months in her account.
