This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 304B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., which has been registered for the occurrence of dowry death. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is not a family member of the deceased. During investigation, in the confessional statement of co-accused Raushan Kumar, name of the petitioner surfaced in the case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
