2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 992 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is the second attempt by the petitioner for his bail. Earlier, this Court vide order dated 19.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 84253 of 2023 had dismissed the bail of the petitioner.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of cheating the informant of Rs. 4 lacs for promising

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It has further been submitted that there is no substantial progress in the trial.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. The petitioner is also accused in similar cases and he is in jail since 04.09.2023.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. 992 of 2021, subject to the following conditions: (i) The petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Belsand Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

(ii) If the petitioner is found
