2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 249 of 2015.
3. At the outset, learned APP submits that the FIR has been filed as far back as in the year 2015, but the petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2019 and there does not appear to be any immediate apprehension of arrest of the petitioner.
4. Considering that the petitioner has not shown any immediate apprehension of arrest and the anticipatory bail
