Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 121, 121A, 427, 435 of the Indian Penal Code, 4/5 Explosive Substance Act and 18, 20, 22, 23 of U.A.P. Act.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR nor the petitioner has got any criminal antecedent. Others are named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ladaiyatar (Laraya

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
